Services

Play Therapy
Play therapy uses play, creativity, and expressive techniques to support children aged 3–12 as they navigate a range of social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. It provides a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, explore their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and work through life changes and challenges in a way that feels natural and meaningful to them.

Parent Guidance & Support
Parent guidance and support provides a safe, supportive space for parents and carers to explore challenges, gain insight into their child’s needs, and develop effective, practical strategies to support their child and strengthen family wellbeing.

Counselling (teens, adults & couples)
Counselling provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through this process, individuals are supported in navigating challenges, developing greater self-awareness and understanding, and working towards healing and meaningful, positive change.

Career Assessment
A career assessment provides individuals with valuable insight into their interests, strengths, personality, and potential career pathways. For students, it offers a supportive and structured process to guide subject choice and help them make informed, confident decisions about their academic subjects, further studies, and future career direction.
